Payment Terms
A Deposit of USD $ 50 (UGX Shs. 180,000) on use of items of the Apartment will be required on check-in and the total amount is refundable on Check-out if no items in the apartment have been broken or damaged.
Arrival and hand-over times are:
Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m.
Friday through Sunday from 12:00 Noon.
Please inform Management for earlier arrival (check-in) time than those indicated above. Keys are being supplied by the Management.
Please vacate your apartment by 10 a.m. and return your keys to the administration. On weekends please put the keys on the table in your apartment. Also inform the administration in case you leave earlier than originally planned.
If any family members or visitors will stay overnight in your apartment, please inform the administration, so that they can be provided with an additional beddings and towels
(maximal duration: 7 days; charge per night: USD $ 20).
Continental Breakfast will be provided at a cost of USD $ 5 (UGX Shs 18,000). A Chef may be availed on request. Please allow at least a day for this arrangement to be done.
In cases of any emergency House Keeping ext. 100 or call outside line 999 (Day and Night).
